Elegant Innovations is concerned with ways in which the quality of human life may be enhanced. My intention to capture as much as possible of my investigation will be constrained by severe limits on my available time, my desire to present what I find in a coherent presentation, and the vast amount of material to be considered. While the philosophical point of view and methodology are subject to change as this investigation evolves I feel it sufficiently important that these be visited so as to give common ground for discussion. I am going to attempt to design the lay out of my presentation so that you are in control of the depth of the material being presented. Of additional note I am well into my introduction to CGI and the Perl programming language. As I progress with this I will add an interactive capability to facilitate a forum for discussion.
